Essential Care

Regular planned maintenance visits and compliance documentation. The foundation of good lift management, keeping your assets maintained, your records up to date and your building covered.

Advanced Care

Everything in Essential Care, plus priority response times for reactive callouts and 24/7 emergency cover. For buildings where lift downtime has a significant operational or commercial impact.

Total Care

Built around your specific requirements. For clients managing large or complex portfolios, or where standard contract terms do not fit your SLAs, reporting needs or building types. We will design a contract that works for your operation.
